Show some Vivek
Sunday, 07.27.2008, 11:14pm (GMT-7)

Vivek Oberoi is apparently not taking much interest in promoting his film Mission Istanbul . Even though it is Vivek who is the most popular star in the film, Zayed Khan has been given much importance on the film’s posters and promos, much to the chagrin of Vivek who obviously feels sidelined by a star with less success rate than him.He plays a Turkish commando who helps an India-born journalist (Zayed Khan) fight the terrorists in Istanbul.

Vivek made his displeasure apparent by playing truant at the press conference of the film in Mumbai. It really shocked Sunil and Apoorva because they had set the date of the conference depending on Vivek’s convenience since he is presently shooting a film in South Africa.Producer Sunil Shetty does not mince his words while expressing his displeasure over Vivek’s absence. Sunil says Vivek has “certain issues and problems.”
