Another Item

Now Minissha Lamba is the latest Bollywood belle to join the item number bandwagon. The actress of the exceedingly talked-about ‘Honeymoon Travels’ fame also understands very well that “song and dance is an integral part of Hindi films as it lends to entertainment value.”

According to Lamba an item number should only be included in a film if it is part of the story’s progression and not merely squeezed in to add sleaze. She also iterates that her forthcoming movies- Anamika, Kidnap and Shourya are likely to showcase her dancing skills as well.

Appreciative of Bipasha Basu’s act in songs such as Beedi Jalaile and Namak Issk Ka in Omkara, Minissha Lamba too isn’t shying away from item number route to glory.
