‘No’ to Thurman
Wednesday, 08.15.2007, 11:39pm (GMT-7)

Uma Thurman, the ‘Kill Bill’ star wasn’t enough to lure Hrithik Roshan who has almost denied Vishal Bharadwaj’s latest movie. The much talked about flick is going to be in English to reach the international audiences.

Hrithik is known for his uncompromising attitude when it comes to choosing roles. Seemingly after hearing the script, Hrithik found the character unchallenging and weak on substance. So he thought better to show thumbs down. Although Vishal Bharadwaj and Hrithik have parted ways amicably, a final yes from Thurman is being sought. Bharadwaj says it is only after hearing from Uma will he finalize the actor opposite her.
