A dance number performed by Sapna Saxena and choreographed by Shalini Saxena, became a prominent commencing item of the nite. Time utilization was perfect even with the speeches of the President, Asif Arastu, Vice President Shalini Saxena and Fatima Mirza, Cultural Secretary.
