CHICAGO: If you are looking for Indian culinary Nirvana- the ultimate in Indian cuisine- the Indian Garden Restaurant in Schaumburg under new management team of Hubert and Reena could be an ideal choice. After working at a five star hotel in New Delhi and brushing up that experience in Chicagoland, Reena Tebak is now spicing up the restaurant scene at the Indian Garden in Schaumburg with Hubert Dhanpal at her side.

Reena brings the restaurant experience with her while Hubert adds his global experience in the service industry to shore up Reena's efforts in taking the newly acquired restaurant to a new high.In a talk to this paper, Reena says that "our claims to have attained culinary Nirvana with food may be deemed to stretch a point a bit far but it would not be exaggeration to say that the newly done Indian Garden restaurant is one of the wonders in Schaumburg area.

The moment you step in to the restaurant, you will be transported to a wonderful world of aromas with various spices like cloves cinnamon, cardamoms, corianders, etc."The restaurant prides itself with a very experienced executive Chef Anokh Chand. His use of authentic spices as well as his low fat cuisine are a delight in themselves.

"The taste is contemporary Indian which can be tempered to suit the taste of our customers and patrons," Reena said. The lunch buffet is available seven days a week and is a good introduction to Indian cuisine even for a beginner or a novice. "For a full dining experience, a visit to the restaurant is must. Its impeccable yet friendly service is unmatched. We can boast of full bar with a wide selection of wines from India and around the world.

We have signature Martinis with exotic fruit juices like mango, litchis, watermelons to name a few. This is capped with daily dining special for the pleasure of our guests," Hubert said with obvious pride.Reena has a diploma in hotel management while Hubert is an engineer turned travel magnet with a globe trotting experience under his belt. He said that catering is "our specialty and we can take care of any size orders."
