RIVERSIDE: The Telugu Association of Southern California (TASC) participated in Narayan Maha Yagna, Kalyana Mahotsava and Maha Arathi on New Year's Day in Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, Riverside. On the same day, the New TASC Board for year 2008 was inaugurated with Abhishekam. "Lord's blessings were with the TASC Board and Telugu Community all through 2007, which strengthened the association and to be as a Family" said the outgoing President Anil Arrabelli.

The 2008 President, Nataraj Madireddy embraced the New Year and said "TASC benefited from the work done all through 2007 and will further spread its wings to reach every Telugu in Southern California". Among the participants were Lakshman Koka, Dr Srinivas Nakka, Kiran Juvadi, Suneel Ralangi, Usha and Durga Gorti, Vikram Varma, Vikram Bojjam, Venkat, Ravi, KVN and Hemanth, Kishore Mamillapalli.
