Norby endorses Harry Sidhu for Senate Seat
Sunday, 01.27.2008, 09:44pm (GMT-7)

LOS ANGELES: Chris Norby, Orange County Fourth District Supervisor and newly selected Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) Board Chairman, has officially announced his endorsement of Anaheim City Councilman Harry Sidhu for the open 33rd State Senate District Seat. "Many people talk about the American Dream, Harry Sidhu has lived it," declared Supervisor Norby.

"Many people talk about creating jobs in the private sector, Harry has done it in the 33rd State Senate District. Harry is a proven conservative leader who will protect property rights, fight for the taxpayers, and work with local government in delivering transportation solutions that will improve the quality of life in Orange County.

I am proud to endorse Harry, and I know that he will provide responsive and effective representation in Sacramento." "I'm extremely grateful for the support of Supervisor Norby who is one of the most senior, respected elected officials in Orange County," said Councilman Sidhu. "I pledge to balance our books in California while protecting the taxpayers' wallets and to fight against eminent domain abuse.

I firmly believe in free-market, incentive-based, problem solving, and I will draw from my elected leadership experience and knowledge as a local business owner to work to get California back on track."
