"We each have habits we would like to change, thoughts and patterns which seem to keep occurring no matter how hard we try to work with them."We are driven by our unfulfilled desires, deeply embedded in our unconscious mind. These are referred to as "samskaras." Most of the time, we are not even aware they exist. However, they do determine what our decisions will be.

They become our will. They drive us into illogical and irrational decisions, even decisions that are harmful to us."One way to both discover and work to free ourselves from these samskaras is through the practice of meditation. Meditation is the path to dissolve and burn your samskaras. Meditation leads you into a no-mind state where samskaras cannot exist.
