Telanganites celebrate Bathukamma in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS: It was the first of its type event in St. Louis and proved to be highly successful when Non Resident Indians from Telangana living in St. Louis and TDF-USA celebrated Bathukamma festival and family picnic at Route 66 State Park in St. Louis area last week.

Benefit show for Durga Temple in Minnesota

INDIANAPOLIS: A record number, over 165 not-for-profit organizations participated in the 2007 Community Fair organized to observe the sixth anniversary of the September 2001 terrorist attack. This Community Fair organized each year by the United Way of Central Indiana and Office of the Mayor of Indianapolis, seeks to "promote volunteerism and philanthropic giving to local not-for-profit agencies.
