United Sikhs joins NGOs associated with UN

NEW YORK: United Sikhs has joined the 1,500-odd non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to be associated with the United Nations' Department of Public Information (DPI), becoming the first Sikh advocacy group to be given such recognition.
