CHICAGO: Four North Health Service Corporation health centers have announced free health screenings for men for diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension, HIV testing, prostate cancer and obesity. Also cooking demonstrations, free haircuts and workshops during its' Men's Health Week activities spanning from June 9 to 14, 2008.

The events are slated to take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Cottage View Health Center, 4839 S. Cottage Grove; Komed-Holman Health Center, 4259 S. Berkeley; Louise Landau Health Center, 3645 W. Chicago and Winfield-Moody Health Center, 1276 N. Clybourn.

There will be a special appearance by WVON Radio Station personality Cliff Kelley at 10 a.m. Monday, June 9 at Komed-Holman Health Center and by Bob "Butterbean" Love of the Chicago Bulls, at approximately 9:30 a.m. Thursday, June 12 at Winfield-Moody Health Center.
