As the event takes place every year, the hopes that that it builds up in the Indian Diaspora have been belied, opine some delegates. NEW DELHI: Mahyendrah Utchanah, former minister of Mauritius revealed to India Post that he heads the rival GOPIO International. He said it is now an 18 yr old organization and working in close collaboration with GOPIO of USA. The job of GOPIO is to unite all the PIOs wherever they might be living, he said.
