NEW YORK: One Soul, an Eternal Rainbows Inc and Digimax Studio Production, has won the Claw Award for "Best Cinematography" at the Terror Film Festival held in Philadelphia recently.
This super-natural thriller has been nominated in the Best Cinematography as well as the Best Special Effects categories. The Terror Film Festival (TFF) is an international independent film festival for Filmmakers, Screenwriters and Fans.
TFF offers Filmmaker Claw Awards, Screenwriting Prizes, Screenwriter Claw Awards, 20 Award categories and Cash Prizes. Terror Film Festival, known throughout the world as the independent film festival for lovers of horror, fantasy, sci-fi, thriller and drama, runs every October in Philadelphia-PA.
It offers the latest and greatest works from the next wave of up and coming filmmakers and screenwriters, over $10,000 in cash and prizes, in addition to a world class screenwriting competition. 'One Soul' was part of the TFF's "Vital Shorts" line-up and was screened on Oct 17.
Eternal Rainbows Inc. is a creative lab that dabbles in film production and such creative ventures. The director Arun Vaidyanathan, has made 8 short-films so far. Arun's 2006 short-film The Séance has had a great run.
The film played in over 15 film festivals across US and Europe. IFC (Independent Film Channel) selected The Séance as Medialab winner for May-2007.
