The new "South Asia Direct" plan is available for only $19.95 a month and offers reduced rates of 2.9¢/minute to India and 4.9¢/minute to Bangladesh as well as reduced rates to Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Nepal. The service also includes unlimited local and long distance calling in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico bundled with over 15 of the most popular calling features.
The "Unlimited India" plan offers unlimited calling to India, including calls to both landlines and cell phones for only $49.95 a month. This plan also includes unlimited local and long distance calling in this US, Canada and Puerto Rico.
"The two plans complement each other and offer two different calling alternatives for customers calling the South Asian region," said Ranil Egodahewage, vice president of TeleBlend. "We are offering both plans to our customers with no contracts or cancellation fees."
The launch of the international calling plans is aimed at establishing product differentiation and positioning TeleBlend as one of the leading providers of phone services to South Asia.
