True intimacy is one-sided and non-judgmental. It starts from inside. The test for truth is to kick it. What is true will come back to you. If it comes back to you, it is yours. What goes away with a kick was never yours.

Have you observed that all great religious movements sprang only from meditation and contemplation? All the great spiritual masters used to meditate, have revelations and from there originated the spiritual teachings.

The word chaitanya means "living force," carita means "character," and amrta means "immortal." As living entities we can move, but a table cannot because it does not possess living force. Movement and activity may be considered signs or symptoms of the living force.

Kindness is very good. There is, how-ever, a great difference between daya (kindness) and maya. Kindness is good, maya is not good. Maya is love for one's own near and dear ones wife, son, brother, sister, brother's son, sister's son, father and mother love for these.

I am tempted to repeat a story about a great disciple going to God and demanding to be taught truth. This poor God says, "My friend, it is such a hot day, please get me a glass of water." So the disciple goes out and knocks on the door of the first house he comes to and a beautiful young lady opens the door.
