American Network of Investors in real estate
Tuesday, 03.20.2007, 11:08pm (GMT-7)

The American Network of In-vestors (ANI) as the name suggests is an organization created by seasoned real estate investors for the benefit of the investors. ANI is like the "E-harmony.com" but for investors (buyers) and sellers.

The company aims at matching only the qualified, willing ready and able investors (buyers) with the sellers with the most appropriate investment properties available. ANI is a division of Jhatsey, Inc., a California corporation.

It is managed by executives who are real estate investors and technologists. Mona Mathew, Manager, American Network of Investors, said ANI performs financial assessment on listings provided by its affiliate realtors. If the stringent analysis yields an approval by the ANI Investment Committee, a Siskel-Ebert type "Profitability" & "Risk" rating is issued and an Investment Property Profile (IPP) is generated.

Every property is rated with a Profitability rating ranging from 1-5, 1 being the most profitable and a Risk rating ranging from 1-5, 1 being the least risky. A press release by the company said, "The IPP thus helps the investor to weigh the opportunity and compare them to other options purely based on business analysis rather than emotional attachments.

The IPP also includes ANI rating, financial projection, financing options and cash flow and the amount of total up front investment. Only the highest rated IPPs are approved for distribution to investors with a fitting profile in terms of available liquid-able assets, geographic preference and preference for type of property, i.e. residential, multi-unit, commercial, etc. "The company has developed a proprietary system and algorithm which matches IPP to the most appropriate and qualified investors in its unique database.

The ANI has a current base of over 40,000 investors with over $9 billion as liquid-able assets. Investors value the fact that ANI provides them with a sneak preview of the best investment option in the geography of their investors choice, thereby providing them with a rare advanced and ahead of time perspective on the various available investment opportunities. "The ANI's mission is tailored to the needs of the real estate investors worldwide. ANI, with the help of its affiliate member companies that offer 1031 exchange, Title and Escrow services as well as Lending services, provides its member investors with a "One Stop Discount Shop".

"Investors can join the "American Network Of Investors" free of cost by registering at www.ani-investors.com and can enjoy the benefits of having access to investment opportunities backed by professional and intensive due diligence.

"In today's Information Technology savvy world, where the younger generation relies heavily on the information available through the internet, the need for online tools is a rapidly emerging. Especially so with the Asian community. ANI has now developed "Real Estate Investor Tools" available to all online http://www.ani-investors.com/resources.aspx. These tools will help buyers find the lowest closing costs, determine their deferred capital gains tax by doing a 1031 exchange and also the deadline to do such exchanges. On the other hand for the well established, the Investor Portfolio Calculator enables them to find buyers with the required monetary assets for investment."
