FREMONT: Preparations are in full swing for the Horizon-II Real Estate Expo which will be held as part of the FIA-organized Festival of India in Fremont on August 11 and 12.The event is organized by KR Capital Management LLC (USA) and its subsidiary KR Real Tech Consultants Pvt Ltd (India) in association with the FIA and India Post. Parsvanath will be one of the main sponsors of the event. They will be introducing the new projects they are launching like Parsvnath Premium in Pune; Parsvnath Elegance in Moradabad; Parsvnath Preston in Sonepat; Parsvnath Royal Villas in Goa and Parsvnath Prominence in Bhiwadi.

The second leg of Horizon-II Real Estate Expo will be held in Los Angeles on August 18 and 19. Huge investment potential exists in the Indian retail industry. According to the estimates by the consultancy firm KSA Technopak around $25 billion will flow into the retail sector in the next five years taking the organized portion of the business from a measly 3 percent to 14 percent.The major aim of KR Capital is to provide 24x7 support and service to NRIs. This possibility has emerged through a joint venture between C-Pearl and KR Capital Management.
