John Gloster to quit after tri-series
Sunday, 02.17.2008, 10:58pm (GMT-7)

NEW DELHI: The Indian cricket team's physiotherapist John Gloster has decided to quit after the ongoing tri-series in Australia, bringing an end to a three-year stint which saw a number of injury break-downs particularly for the pacemen.

Gloster, who had replaced Andrew Leipus as the physio of the side in February 2005, has conveyed his decision to the Cricket Board.

"Gloster does not want to continue. He has expressed his desire to quit. He has informed the Board regarding this," BCCI Secretary Niranjan Shah told PTI.
