HYDERABAD: After successfully hosting the Afro-Asian Games in 2003 and Military World Games recently, the Andhra Pradesh capital would play host to this year's AFC Challenge Cup competition.

Union Information and Broadcasting Minister P R Dasmunshi, who is the president of the All India Football Federation, had a meeting with Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today to discuss the arrangements for the tournament which will be organized from July 30 to August 10.

Dasmunshi presided over the Draw Ceremony for the tournament today. -
