CHICAGO: American Airlines and Skybird Travel held a joint Gala Appreciation Dinner at Floryan Banquet at Crown Jewel Hotel, 1730 Elmhurst Road, Des Plaines, a suburb of Chicago.

The dinner was in acknowledgement of their mutually rewarding association of over a decade, supporting each other for a common goal of passengers comfort and services thereby ensuring continued growth of their business in domestic and international travel.

After a brief introduction of the Skybird Travel by Vikram Shroff, a staff member, the founder and moving spirit behind the company's impressive growth during the last three decades, Arvind Shah addressed the audience that included the employees and management team of the American and Skybird Travel, agents and friends.

SkyBird Travel is one of the nation's leading airline consolidators. Established in 1976 with two-person single room office, Arvind Shah briefly described the growth of his travel and tour operation into a national and international travel and tour business, employing over 200 professional competent and skillful staff and agents.
