The largest India Realty Show
Sunday, 03.30.2008, 10:27pm (GMT-7)

NEW YORK: atOnePlace.com. has been recognized as the bridge between NRIs looking for reputed builders and developers for quality customers with high level of service. It was recently honored by Proto.in by including it in the 'Elite' 17companies from a list of 100. As if to demonstrate its vision to bring significant structure and transparency to the Indian Real Estate, atOnePlace.com has organized the largest Pan India Real Estate Show in the USA ever and Real Estate Seminar cum Exhibition for NRIs.

It will be held in San Jose, California - 29th & 30th March and Secaucus, New Jersey - 5th & 6th April. Gunjan Garg, co-founder and chief executive of atOnePlace.com, the organizer of the show, claims that the theme of the mega show, "Meet & Market & Learn," will be broader in scope and participation, with more the "500 new property options" presented. So far, he says, the (India) realty shows have been pretty basic. Shows were held in hotel lobbies. Developers would come from one place or area.

"The India Realty Show will also be held at large venues: in the South Hall of the San Jose Expr Center and at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, NJ.He said developers from India will be able to meet with "US realtors who want to sell properties in India," Garg said. There will also be speakers from leading real estate and mortgage banking firms in the US, and seminars conversing real estate laws in India local markets, hot trends, legal issues, etc.
