MetLife highlights its key schemes

SAN FRANCISCO: At a media briefing, MetLife leaders highlighted some of the key insurance and financial services and products available to consumers and the importance of a trusted financial services representative to assist people. They also discussed the current state of business and recruiting efforts while focusing on MetLife's activities within the Asian Pacific American community.

MetLife is the number one life insurer in the US and one of the leading providers of financial services."MetLife has been an active member in the Asian Pacific American community for more than two decades," said Philip Salis, vice president, Individual Business Multicultural Marketing. "The media briefing was a good opportunity to reintroduce our company to Asian Pacific American reporters located in the San Francisco area" he added.Salis along with local representatives including Stephen Levy, managing partner, New England Financial, Cindy Zheng, managing director, San Francisco Peninsula Group and Loay Naser, managing director, Wealth Strategies Group were present at the briefing.

"MetLife has over 140 years of experience helping diverse families throughout the United States and many years helping people from across the globe gain financial security," said Salis as he spoke of the company's commitment to diversity. He added that MetLife is continually recruiting financial services professionals to serve the growing multicultural market.
