Nasdaq celebrates India Day

NEW YORK: In celebration of the 61st anniversary of India's Independence Day, Nasdaq invited Consul General Neelam Deo to preside over the official Closing Bell on Aug 14. Ambassador Deo presided over the closing bell in the presence of Bruce E. Aut, Executive Vice President, Corporate Client Group, Nasdaq. On the occasion, Aust said Nasdaq was happy with its partnership with India, as the world recognizes its growing economic power.
