Naturalization applications filing address changed

US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced on December 17, 2009, revised addresses for applicants filing an Application for Naturalization (Form N-400) at USCIS Lockbox facilities in Phoenix and Dallas. The filing address change took effect immediately.
