100 crore bungalow

Priyanka Chopra has set her eyes on Dariya Mahal bungalow worth Rs 100 crore. The king size bungalow has taken the heart and soul of the actress and she is keen to purchase the property at a whopping price.

The swanky beach front property is situated at Versova, Mumbai. Known as Dariya Mahal, this luxurious unit is one of the 7 plush bungalows of the locality. It is generally rented out to Bollywood filmmakers for shootings. The property belongs to textile merchant Maneklala Chunilal Chinai and was built in 1930s by British architect Claude Batley. After his death, the bungalow was transferred to his successor and it is reported that Priyanka has already sealed the deal.

The bungalow has 15 bedrooms and has more privacy than Piggy Chops Lokhandwala flat where she is staying.
