Who all will be eligible for this combo offer?
Subscribers need to have an active dth connection account with or without a Netflix account to become eligible and avail the benefits of this combo offer. They will be provided with a Netflix subscription as part of the offer. However, they will have to activate the Netflix service by completing the Netflix activation process. They can also upgrade their Netflix subscription to Netflix Standard or Netflix Premium while paying only the differential amount via web app or contacting Tata Play customer care support. All packs will include a premium subscription to multi-connection dth and 12 OTT apps, with Disney+Hotstar, SonyLiv, Voot Select, Zee5, Sun Nxt, Curiosity Stream, ShemarooMe, Hungama Play, Epicon, and more. To avail Netflix subscription, users can opt for Netflix Combos separately. They start at different prices ranging from Rs 399 per month and include basic to premium tier membership.
How will users be charged?
The subscribers will be charged on a monthly basis, on the activation of these packs, or at the renewal date. The subscription charges for one month will be deducted from their Tata Play account. If customers want to deactivate the plan, they must deactivate it before the next renewal date.
