Well-known teacher of spirituality coming to Chicago

CHICAGO: Swami Mukundananda, world-renowned teacher of spirituality, yoga, and meditation is presently on his annual tour of the US to promote the message of his Guru Swami Kripaluji Maharaj, founder of J.K.Yog, a spiritual institution for universal love and peace.

Swamiji will be in Chicagoland from Saturday September 14 to Wednesday September 18 and will have religious discourse on Yoga Meditation, Science of Devotion and Grace at Meadows Club in Rolling Meadows, a northwest suburb of Chicago.

Swamiji will also conduct a Spiritual Retreat from Friday September 20 to Sunday September 22 at Clarion Inn, Waterford Convention Center in Elmhurst, Illinois. Swamiji plans holding similar programs in over 43 cities in US this year.

Swami Mukundananda received his degrees in engineering and management from two globally renowned institutes in India, IIT and IIM.

He has inspired people all over the world on the path of spirituality, holistic health, yoga, meditation, service to society and God-realization.

He has been invited to speak at various Fortune 500 companies like Google, Oracle, etc. For the youth, Swamiji has conducted programs at prestigious universities such as Princeton, Stanford, Kellogg, MIT, and Duke University. For the children, he has established a special personality development program, called “Bal-Mukund Character Building Program.”

Swamiji’s enlightening discourses clarify the deepest concepts of the Vedic scriptures with wit, humor, and perfect logic. Alongside the discourses, in the “Wellness for Life” camps, he teaches the comprehensive system “Yoga for the Body, Mind and Soul.”

Swami Mukundananda has been teaching in Chicago Land area for the last six years every summer. He has been honored several times by Mayor and Village of Rolling Meadows for his efforts in teaching healthy mind and body lifestyle to society. A scholar of Vedic literature he has also studied the Bible, Quran and great Western intellectuals, especially American English philosophers to provide comparative studies of the universal messages contained in their works.
