Shah Rukh Khan is all set to sing and dance his way down under. The superstar will headline a series of live shows, which kick off at the Allphones Arena in Sydney on October 7, marking his first performance in Australia. The event will also be held in Perth and Melbourne.
Rani Mukerji and Madhuri Dixit will join SRK on stage this year for the annual extravaganza which is held in a different country every year. Currently, SRK is shooting for Farah Khan’s Happy New Year and buzz is that he will travel to Australia directly from the film’s Dubai schedule.
And tickets are selling out fast with the public expecting high-octane performances from the trio. A source close to the development said, “SRK is in great demand in Australia these days. The last time he was there, it was for the shoot of Chak De! That was way back in 2007.”
“The demand for Madhuri’s stage performances is also very high,” added the source.
