NEW DELHI. If you have not seen how real Delhiites celebrate Navratris and Ram Lila in the old part of Delhi then you have not seen anything. This time of the year people from all over the world descend here to celebrate this festive season with processions culminating in the later part of the night with the grand show of Ram Lila.
