Dr RomeshJapra – leading cardiologist of the Bay area, philanthropist, co-founder of the FIA / FOG was featured as a Special Guest on the most popular South Asian Indian Radio, Radio Dehotties which airs on the 24/7 South Asian channel of 1310 AM across the entire Bay Area and on 92.9 FM in the San Leandro/ Hayward areas. The show which aired at noon on Sunday, was hosted by the world-famous, much-adored Radio Anchors, Altu and Phaltu of Media Mahima as part of the Seva segment on Radio Dehotties.
Dr. Japra was engaged in an hour long, emotionally charged discussion on the manner in which he became a sevadhari (a man of community service) and what it meant to give back to society. Dr. Japra was joined by FOG Media Chair, Ritu Maheshwari and FOG Development Director, Kris Murthy who shared updates about the community event FOG (Festival of Globe) India Day Mela and Parade happening on August 18th and 19th.
