FREMONT, CA: Whole Foods Market Fremont is welcoming people to wine and dine at the first-ever Holiday Soiree. The Soiree is an evening storewide tasting that will include a sampling of a full holiday meal including all natural Diestel turkey and holiday sides. The Soiree will be held Friday, November 15 8:30 to 10:30 p.m.
There will be more than 20 tasting stations with featured vendors including Atkins lamb and Pitman farms poultry, crab cakes, artisan cheeses, seasonal produce, a chocolate fountain and made from scratch pies. Wine, craft beers from Firestone Walker Brewing Co. and local Red Branch hard ciders will also be sampled at the in-store bar, Mission Peak Tap Alley. Live music will feature local favorite, the Canyon Band.
“The holiday season is a special time to share great-tasting food and quality ingredients with friends and families. The holiday soiree will be a fun opportunity to explore a wide variety of holiday offerings at Whole Foods Market,” said Lisa Marie Wilson, Marketing Team Leader.
Tickets cost $5 per person, or $10 with wine or beer tasting. A portion of proceeds will benefit non-profit organization, SAVE or Safe Alternatives for Violent Environments. The first 100 people to arrive at the event will receive a free reusable gift bag and everyone attending will be entered for raffle prizes. The event is open to all ages. Must be 21 or older for the Wine or Beer tasting portion of the evening.
