The owner of NAVI and Maincast, entrepreneur Maksym Krippa, has become the new president of the Ukrainian Esports Federation (UESF). The decision to appoint him was made during the general meeting of the organization, which also completely renewed the board. All participants of the event unanimously supported the new management.

It is expected that the official announcement of the personnel changes will be made public in the near future. According to preliminary data published on the Vlasna Dumka website, Andriy Gryshchenko, a specialist with experience in organizing esports events as part of NAVI, may soon take on a key management role at UESF.

The updated UESF management team has not yet been presented publicly, but it is known that personnel changes are part of the federation’s renewal strategy. The new leadership aims to strengthen Ukraine’s role in the global esports arena and bring the industry to a qualitatively new level of development.

What changes will overtake the Federation?

The new management team of the Ukrainian Federation of Esports includes specialists closely associated with NAVI and Maincast organizations. Among them are managers, analysts, coaches, and producers who have many years of experience in the industry and have directly shaped its development in Ukraine.

The new management team unites the people behind the biggest successes of Ukrainian esports. This is a team that knows the inner workings of the professional scene – from organizing tournaments and training players to broadcasting internationally. Their arrival at the UESF indicates a serious intention to transform the approach to the development of esports in the country.

These changes should become the starting point for a new era in the Federation’s work, with an emphasis on transparency, professionalism, and globalization.

What changes does the new management plan to implement?

According to the former head, the Federation needs at least $1.5-2 million annually to fully launch its activities. He is hopeful that with the new leadership, the UESF will receive the necessary resources: “Maksym has the capacity to do this. I hope they will be able to realize what we have only planned.”

A large-scale development strategy is currently being formed, Krippa said in response to a question about the scope of future investments. According to him, the priority areas include active engagement with the esports community, support for youth and student esports, as well as the creation of veterans’ reintegration programs through gaming initiatives. In addition, it is planned to expand the list of disciplines covered by the Federation.

The team will pay special attention to building a transparent and systematic model for holding national championships. According to Krippa, this format will allow forming the national team of Ukraine based on real achievements, ensuring fair and open selection for international tournaments.
