Hello again everyone! Its good to see you again even if its just virtually because what matters is that we are able to communicate. I know communication is a two way process that’s why I have mentioned my email id in the description of my YouTube videos so that even you can reach out to me and express yourselves whenever you feel like.

Well, it’s the 6th day of our 15 Days 15 ways program now and today’s video would be covering the problems related to back especially lower back pain. You can check out the video if you want to know how?

It’s important that you understand that a good back is necessary for an optimal body posture. In our body after the leg muscles, the back muscles are the biggest and the strongest muscles that help to maintain body composition and blood glucose levels.

If you are wondering how then let me tell you that strength training, which is also known as resistance training, helps in lowering the blood glucose levels by increasing the insulin sensitivity in your body. In short, strength training has a lot to do than just giving a fascinating shape to your body, and maintaining your back is equally important because the back muscles are involved in almost every activity you do, be it pulling, lifting, playing, working, etc.

Hence, one should not just simply crib about the lower back pain problem and further wait for things to get worsen & then go for physiotherapy sessions but should take little yet effective efforts in preventing such problems by exercising regularly. Always remember, “To solve any problem, you need to act upon it! “ Hence, you will have to start working more on them rather than keeping them aside.
