Foundation of India and Indian Diaspora Studies (FIIDS-USA.org) surveyed Indo American citizens on their opinions on US presidential candidates on issues important to Indo-Americans.
Most of the respondent preferred Hillary Clinton over Donald Trump on immigration, religion freedom, and outsourcing. Donald Trump fared little better against Clinton over terrorism and India specific strategic alliances with respect to countries like Pakistan, China, Russia etc. Here are the results. Most of the respondents were male and naturalized citizens.
Both candidates got less than 50% on trust, economic policies, terrorism and India related issues.
