MUMBAI: Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone’s adorable chemistry shines in the official first look of “Tamasha”, which was unveiled today.
In the poster of the Imtiaz Ali-directed film, the duo, who dated each other for a year, is seen laughing with their arms around each other.
As they take a stroll along a lane, various characters from mythology and romantic stories provide the intriguing background, bearing a tagline – “Why always the same story?”
The images of these characters were shared by Imtiaz in a teaser poster along with a little poem few days ago.
“Presenting the 1st poster of TAMASHA releasing 27th November! #Tamasha27thNovember #ImtiazAli #RanbirKapoor,” Deepika Posted on Twitter.
Deepika, 29, and the “Bombay velvet” star, 32, are reuniting after their coming-of-age romantic film “Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani” in 2013.
“Tamasha” is both the stars second movie with the director following Deepika’s outing in 2009 rom-com “Love Aaj Kal” and Ranbir’s multiple award-winning stint as a musician in “Rockstar” (2011).
“Tamasha”, about the journey of someone who has lost his edge in trying to conform to society, will hit theatres on November 27.–PTI
