SAN JOSE: With rocking shows in London, Hong Kong, Auckland and Melbourne, Salman Khan’s Dabangg Tour is now all set to take place in the US and Canada in the month of June. Now, before it could take off to the US and Canada, the black buck poaching verdict played a spoilsport. The Jodhpur Sessions Court accepted the bail plea of the Bollywood actor Salman Khan and granted him bail in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case. Salman has been granted bail on a surety of Rs 50,000 rupees and he has to present to the court on May 7 for the next hearing.
National and local promoters of the show have been organizing press conferences in all the cities which is going to host this mega event. On April 12, Bay area promoters, Golden Touch productions along with National promoter Bhavesh Patel, arranged for a press interaction with Dabangg production team comprising of Jordy Patel, Salman Khan’s manager and Adhil who had flown down from Mumbai.
According to the team by May 10th, 2018 all the travel paperwork should be cleared for all the artists including Salman Khan. In an unlikely scenario, if the paperwork gets delayed, the promoters will reschedule the show dates and will announce the updated schedule. Promoters and the production team are confident that the show will take place as planned.
The Golden Touch team – representing Bay Area had an absolutely amazing conversation with Sohail Khan in New Jersery press conference. The concert is very much on and there is no doubt. He cleared all the rumors going around, said Bhavini. According to the local promoters, full refund will be given only if the show is cancelled. You can also get a refund in case the show is rescheduled to a later date.
Jordy Patel, Salman Khan’s manager, admitted that one song from the film Race 3 remains to be shot and put to rest the rumors surrounding Salman’s shoot outside India. “The song was always meant to be shot in India and we weren’t scouting for any foreign location. The director was supposed to decide on which place would be suitable for the song. They need around four to five days for the song,” he said, asserting that the actor is free to travel anywhere as long as he keeps the authorities in the know.
At present, three big movie projects – Race 3, Bharat, and Dabangg 3 – as well as a comeback season of the reality TV show Dus Ka Dum are riding on Salman’s shoulders.
