PHAGWARA: Faculty of Computational Science, GNA University, organized a workshop on Amazon Alexa for the students of Computational Science.
The main focus of the workshop was on Voice – the next big revolution. Aditya Channe, Alexa Student Influencer along with his three technical teammates were the resource persons for the workshop.
The workshop comprised an introduction to Alexa, an overview of Echo, and Alexa tools. It even included voice design and APL skill with open hacking tools. The students developed Alexa apps for which they will soon receive e-certificate from Amazon.
Dr V.K. Rattan, Vice Chancellor of GNA University congratulated the faculty members of Computational Science for organizing the workshop and said such of events are certainly the right steps for an organization that continuously strives to be leading in the IT sector in India.

UmeshSehgal, Head of Faculty of Computational Science, acknowledged the presence of the Amazon representatives and expressed the hope of holding more such workshops.
