The question arises as to who is going to take care of the senior citizens and those coming in the zone of 80+ known as oldest of old,” he observed
At the Swami Vivekananda statue, Dalwai spoke on spellbinding speech of Swami Vivekananda that took entire America by storm when he addressed the international religious conference on 28 January way back in 1893.
Prasanna Reddy, Treasurer HTGC said, “We are delighted that Dalwai could visit our temple today – he is of great inspiration to all of us.”
Dalwai also visited Swaminarayan Temple of Bartlett and was awestruck to see the beauty and elegance of the temple.
He said that by seeing this temple, he started strongly believe in the adage – “You can take an Indian out of India, but you can never take India out of an Indian.” Dalwai said the temple is true example of Indian love for their country and culture.
On September 19, addressing a gathering of over 400 at the Meadows Club for an evening hosted by the Maharashtra Mandal of Chicago, Dalwai spoke on the important question of how to build “happy, prosperous, and peaceful societies across the globe” as related to education, spirituality, and economic development. He criticized BJP and more particularly the Modi Government for sabotaging the administration with fake deals and promises.
He thanked the Indo-American community for showering their blessings and love on him and urged everyone to put their collective strength in raising the prestige of Indians in India and in the United States.
