BOSTON: Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, world celebrated yogi and committed humanitarian, addressed thousands assembled at the huge history-rich with state-of-the-art facility Back Bay Events Center, Boston on Saturday September 17.

Sadhguru delivered fresh and unique insights into many aspects of life, ranging from the everyday to the ultimate. The Bostonian audience had an opportunity to meet, mingle, meditate, have their unanswered questions answered, and realize one’s natural benevolent potentialities of mind at this event arranged by Isha Foundation.

Sadhguru is well known in India and abroad for his humanitarian, educational, and environmental projects, is on his North American tour to launch his first book for western readers, ‘Inner Engineering: A Yogi’s Guide to Joy,’ published by the Spiegel & Grau, New York.

Sadhguru presented a refined guide for self-empowerment based on the teaching and principles of classical yoga. According to him, this system helps create a framework of inner stability to those who become engineers of a joyful life. Sadhguru said that in his signature book, he narrated the personal experiences and deep insights that have transformed his own life and consciousness. More than that, he spoke to the audience about some procedures for personal transformation that are drawn from the venerable teachings of his yogic masters, who still continue to inspire him.

Sadhguru talked very methodically about how meditation, diet, physical exercise, ways of living, and yoga help in the Inner Engineering process. He shared his funny and inspiring stories to get his ideas across. He guided the audience in simple, little exercises that would help create a more simple and joyful life. Most of the advice presented was very down-to-earth and the audience remained very much engaged and engrossed. At the end of the program he got down from the stage and walked amongst the big crowd.

Isha Volunteers from Boston organized the event very meticulously. The audience was amiably welcomed to a gorgeous afternoon event and thanked profusely for coming and making the event a grand success. The program started and ended with melodious songs by the Sounds of Isha. Their rhythmic drum beating made the audiences’ meditation experience a unique one.

Appreciation was expressed for the contribution made by the singers and drum player, as well as to all the volunteers for their time, work, and help in putting this great event together. Tillinger’s representatives were also thanked and recognized for arranging the pleasant ambience of the venue for the event.
