Historic inauguration marks a major step in Political Empowerment for Hindu Americans

COLUMBUS, OHIO: Americans4Hindus (A4H), the national political organization dedicated to empowering Hindu and pro-Hindu voices across the United States, proudly inaugurated its newest chapter in the State of Ohio on November 14, 2025, at the residence of Neil Niranjan and Jagruti Patel in Columbus.
In a landmark moment, Neil Patel was formally designated as President of the A4H Ohio Chapter. In his acceptance speech, he pledged full commitment to advancing the Mission and Vision of Americans4Hindus. A former U.S. Senate candidate, Patel announced his dedication to recruiting, endorsing, funding, and campaigning for Hindu and pro-Hindu candidates—from School Boards and City Councils to the Ohio Governor’s Office.
The evening saw tremendous enthusiasm as numerous Hindu community leaders attended the ceremony and joined A4H as Trustees, Champions, and Members, strengthening the organization’s grassroots base across Ohio.
A special address was delivered by Hon. Niraj Antani, Ohio State Senator, who shared how Americans4Hindus played a meaningful role in endorsing and funding his own campaigns. He urged the gathering to step forward into public service, highlighting the critical need for Hindu American engagement at every level of governance.
Americans4Hindus Founder & Chairman Dr. Romesh Japra delivered the Keynote Address, outlining the A4H structure—its Federal Super PAC, Hybrid PAC, and 18 State PACs. He emphasized the importance of cultivating political leaders who can represent Hindu voices in City Halls, State Capitols, and Washington D.C., ensuring fair representation and meaningful influence.
Engagement with Ohio’s Gubernatorial Candidate Vivek Ramaswamy
On November 15, an A4H delegation met with Vivek Ramaswamy, current Republican candidate for Governor of Ohio. Americans4Hindus formally endorsed him. As a proud Hindu American, Ramaswamy pledged to work tirelessly for the people of Ohio and the United States and affirmed his commitment to addressing the interests and concerns of Hindu Americans statewide.
National A4H Leadership Joins Ohio Events
The inauguration and subsequent meetings were attended by key national A4H leaders, including:
