Vidya Balan is one professional actress Bollywood has discovered.
Married to UTV CEO Siddharth Roy Kapur, she says, marriage will not affect her work. She is open to intimate scenes and even liplock.
“I am an actor and I am married are two different things. Both of us (Siddharth and I) respect each other and our work,” Vidya said. The actress was at the wrap-up party of her upcoming film Ghanchakkar with Emraan Hashmi.
Describing her role in her upcoming film Ghanchakkar, Vidya said, “My character is loud, boisterous and she feels she knows everything. She wears her heart on her sleeve. It is the first time that I am attempting something like this.”
The 33-year-old actress has yet again won the black lady, the Filmfare award for her performance in Kahaani and waiting eagerly for Kahaani 2 script.
“Ask Sujoy, I am very excited to know which ‘Kahaani’ he has written. So, let’s see,” Vidya Balan said.
