SEF has established nine community hospitals and will soon start four new hospital projects.
The most unique and remarkable characteristic of SEF is that it provides free eye care for those unable to afford it. This accounts for 80 per cent – which is approximately 200,000 people per year – of the surgeries performed at its hospitals.  For more information, visit or call 1 (866) Sankara.
