Dear Friends, It is with profound sadness that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of Dr. Sampat Shivangi, one of the Founding Trustees of Americans4Hindus.
His contributions across many spheres of life—especially in the medical field and humanitarian efforts—have left an indelible mark. Dr. Shivangi played a pivotal role in the growth and development of Americans4Hindus, ensuring our organization remained centrist and balanced.
His presence on the Republican side strengthened our outreach, and he was instrumental in connecting Republican Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith with A4H. His absence will leave a significant void in these invaluable relationships.
On a personal level, Dr. Shivangi was not just a trusted colleague but also a dear friend and comrade. He was a man of great integrity, a generous philanthropist, and a passionate advocate for unity and inclusivity. His kindness, leadership, and unwavering commitment to our shared values will be deeply missed.
On behalf of all of us at Americans4Hindus, we extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends during this difficult time. May his soul rest in peace.
Om Shanti With deepest sympathies.
Romesh Japra, Chairman Americans4Hindus
