Consul General of India, San Francisco hosted an elegant celebration of 74th Indian Republic Day on Feb 3rd, 2023. Organized at famous war memorial hall in San Francisco, the venue was in the backdrop of beautiful City Hall, bathed in the Indian national colors.
Consul General Ambassador Dr. T.V. Nagendra Prasad welcomed the key community members and extolled the synergies between two of the world’s largest democracies. He said that Indian economy is the fastest growing large economies in the world and as a leader of G20 driving world progress.
Event started by rendition of US and Indian national anthems and patriotic songs. Two beautiful performances showcased Indian culture. Key business leaders and entrepreneurs were recognized and honored. Attending members were treated to scrumptious treats and dinner.
Event is part of Consul General’s efforts to bring community and local leaders together.
