CHICAGO: The first preparatory meeting for celebration of the 3rd International Yoga Day in US Mid-West was held here on March 27 and it was chaired by Consul General, Mrs. Neeta Bhushan.
The participating organizations which attended the curtain raiser event were Brahma Kumaris Meditation Centre, Gayatri Gyan Mandir, Isha Foundation, Sahaja Yoga Meditation, Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh, SEWA International, Science of Spirituality, Eye on India, Temple of Harmony, Balaji Temple, Shri Swaminarayan Mandir BAPS and Hindu Temple of Greater Chicago.
The 3rd IYD will be celebrated under the umbrella of the Consulate on June 24 [Saturday] at Sports Complex, Naperville Yard, Naperville, IL.
