CHICAGO: Senior Citizen Parivar of Elgin organized a picnic at Wayne Forest Preserve on Saturday July 21. Despite rain and unsavory forecasts, more than 200 seniors joined the event for the get together and fun.
The Parivar team arranged a full day activity. Traditional hot meal was prepared onsite including Bhajia, Bhel Puri-Sabji Khichdi. Tea-Coffee, fruits, Ice Cream were served throughout the day. To make the day more interesting Parivar arranged different Games for members and winners were awarded with Gift cards as a prize.
Dhiraj Suvagia (Chairman), Bharat Thakkar (President), Jay Desai (Secretary) and all members of the Committee worked hard to make the event successful.
