Radhika Apte believes in living in the present. “Right now, I am looking forward to what all I can explore. For me, both quality and quantity are important for one’s growth. So, I just want to keep working,” says the actor.
Asked about what interests her in a project, she adds, “The character must challenge and excite me. It should make me think like ‘I can’t wait to start working’ on it.”
Radhika, who received a lot of appreciation for her role in the web series Lust Stories — where she played a teacher — is content with all the feedback. Talking about her upcoming work, Radhika shares, “In Bazaar, I play an ambitious and independent girl; in Ghoul, a military woman, who is stuck in a particular belief, and in Andhadun I am a chirpy young girl-next-door… All these characters are nothing like what I am; they are different. Therefore, exciting.”
