A Stylish Psycho Thriller Loaded with Mystery, Murder and Mind Games

Suspense thrillers are always challenging to execute, but director Mohan Vadlapatla succeeds in delivering a gripping murder mystery that keeps viewers engaged throughout. M4M – Motive For Murder blends psychological suspense, investigative drama, and artistic crime elements into a compelling cinematic experience.

The film begins with a controversial novel written by celebrated author Vasudev. The book describes a terrifying serial killer who lives unnoticed among ordinary people. As the police fail to capture the criminal, the novel is banned due to public panic. Soon after, a shocking murder takes place during a movie shoot, where superstar Ranjit is brutally killed under mysterious circumstances.

Crime journalist Radha, played by Jo Sharma, enters the investigation alongside ACP Krishna, portrayed by Sambeet Acharya. As the investigation unfolds, the police discover a horrifying pattern—the victims are being staged to resemble famous paintings. Every murder scene becomes more disturbing, artistic, and psychologically intense.

The screenplay gradually builds tension as clues begin connecting the murders to the banned novel Motive For Murder. The killer’s intelligence, boldness, and twisted psychological games create edge-of-the-seat suspense. The mystery deepens further when the murderer openly challenges the police before committing each crime.

M4M Heroine Jo Sharma Steals the Show

American Actress Jo Sharma delivers one of the strongest performances in the film. As investigative journalist Radha, she brings confidence, glamour, emotion, and intensity to the character. Her screen presence is powerful, and she carries the emotional and suspenseful weight of the story impressively. Her dialogue delivery and expressions add authenticity to the investigative drama.
Sambeet Acharya performs effectively as ACP Krishna and shares good chemistry with Jo Sharma during the investigation sequences. The supporting cast also contributes well to maintaining the film’s suspenseful atmosphere.
