Navratri and Sharad Poonam’s Garba by Bharatiya Seniors

CHICAGO: The Nine days Navratri Garba and Garba of Sharad Poonam’s ‘Gita Rabari’ organized by Bharatiya Seniors of Chicago from September 26 to October 4, 2022, was a grand success

The Garabaprogram of one clap, two claps and three claps and Sanado, Ras Garba for teenagers was held. In current day with, about 400 people present every day. Mataji’s aarti was performed every night. After that separate arrangement of farali food was made for all those who were fasting and regular breakfast was provided for those who were not fasting.

Maha Aarti sponsors were different for each day President Haribhai Patel and Shardaben Patel, Gordhanbhai Patel, Ramesh Patel, Dr. Dhaval Patel, Tushar Mehta supported BSC event On the eighth day, Senator Lunyra Murphy, Cook County Commissioner Kevin Morrison and Aurora Township Trustee Sweta Garbe were for the Aarti. And the committee members of BSC attended Sajode (with spouse) Aarti. Committee members Vice President BachubhaiPaghdal, Treasurer MadarsangChavda, IndubhaiVaghani, Joint Secretary HirjibhaiPonkia and BSC Managing Trustee Parasottam Pandya participated the puja ceremony conducted by the Guru Shri Thakorbhai Bhatt. On the last day of Navratri, Kanya Poojan was organized for little girls.

Garba-Ras program of Sharad Poonam’s ‘Taal with Geeta Rabari’ by Bharatiya Seniors of Chicago on October 9 at Dupage Event Center & Fairground in Wheaton Town IL. More than 2000 young and old people gathered together and enjoyed Garba Raas by Geeta Rabari and Sunny Jadhav. Food was arranged by ‘Jigar Kitchen’.

At the end of the program BSC President Haribhaioffered thanks to Gordhan Patel, Chotubhai Patel, Restoration Builder, Indian Community Outreach, VHPA, Rana Regan Pharmacy, Chicago Art Circle, Nag Jaiswal Candidate for Naperville city council, Michael Burke Supreme Court Justice who stood in the election of 2022 on this occasion who thanked Care for Soul. Greg Hart Dupage County Board Member, Chris Dargis Republican nominee for 8th Congressional District, Shweta Baid,Meghana Bansal (Wheatland Township Trustee), Nimish Jani, Vinesh Virani, Vice president, VHPA, Nirav Patel BJP president were present.
