Overseas Organization for Better Bihar (O2B2) celebrated Bihar Diwas with great pride and enthusiasm at the Downtown Event Center in Fremont under the leadership of its founder, Manisha Pathak.
The event beautifully showcased the rich heritage, culture, and traditions of Bihar through a unique and creative train-journey theme, taking the audience across various cities of Bihar. Each stop highlighted the historical significance, cultural legacy, and traditional essence of the region, giving attendees an immersive glimpse into Bihar’s remarkable past and vibrant identity.
The celebration was further elevated by the lively and captivating performance of Comedy King Priyesh Sinha, a renowned artist with roots in Bihar, who was specially invited by O2B2 from Mumbai. His performance left the audience thoroughly entertained and added a special charm to the evening.
The event was graced by Consul Raju Sharma from the Consulate General of India, San Francisco, along with several distinguished dignitaries from across the Bay Area.
O2B2’s philanthropic contributions and continued efforts in building community and preserving cultural pride were also recognized during the celebration by Assembly Members Alex Lee and Patrick Ahrens, as well as Narendra Pathak, Commissioner, County of Santa Clara.
The event stood as a meaningful tribute to Bihar’s legacy and a celebration of unity, pride, and service.
